To give up on losing weight?

Had a baby in July (second one) I'm 33 and about 18 st Shock

Tried all diets including shakes SW WW Atkins and gym can't stick to anything too lazy and greedy

Why am I like this?

Chops looks like it was because of the caffeine that's in them. She overdosed on the ketone pills and because of all the caffeine in them she had a heart attack at 24 😲

Look at 16:8 op - it's a fasting diet.

My major flaws are portion control and just being a greedy pig in general. I eat very healthy meals but too much and I enjoy a family sized bar of chocolate in the evening.

I lost 3 stone in a year on 16:8 and found in easy. I didn't change my excercise at all and I didn't change what I eat at all, just when. My portion sizes naturally decreased as my stomach shrank.

The first 3 days - hard. After that, piss easy to maintain every day. It's supposed to have lots of other benefits to cholesterol/longevity etc too.
