My DM has had issues with them she ordered presents mid November that were pushed to mid December then today, and nothing looking online seems atleast a couple 1000 people have been caught out especially for Hatchimals it seems. Looking into it the last few days since she told me as she started to get worried has been awful

Just been into bank and reported them. Its a scam !! Website down. That chargeback cannot just be done in bank within 1-24hrs. They have to investigate it. As well as you having to send all evidence to them. Documents wont get to me for 7-10days from my Santander bank.

I also purchased a pair of wireless earphones for my son on the 28th, kept emailing them and they kept promising me delivery, even up until xmas eve, still nothing and now getting g no response via email, totally stressed by this, my son was also upset he didn't get what he'd asked for!

Hello, I spent £39.99 0n a PS4 Controller for my 12 year old but received nothing, my bank have instructed me today that they cannot take action until the 7 th january. These scumbags who prey on people make me sick.

We ordered a PS4 from Savvibuy for £348.00 & it didn't turn up after e mails from them saying it would here on the 23rd. December. I've reported this to the Police and it will be passed on to The fraud squad at City of London Police. I would urge everyone who has been robbed by this firm to please do the same. Poeple power does get results and hopefully these people will be caught

I'm still waiting on my refund since 18th December 😠😠😠

Natalielynn · 29/12/2016 17:49

I've contacted my bank, they are looking into this for me, apparently advancedtech.co.uk who have taken the money are still trading

Kiera2703 · 29/12/2016 20:14

I'm going to call the bank tomorrow here's hoping 😣😣

Dazza06 · 29/12/2016 21:50

Defo do it, I didn't pay by credit card, payed by debit, by the sounds of my bank said they will get it sorted. Will take a few weeks i think. As long as we can get money back is main thing. We ordered son 3ds xl on monday (boxing day)from Amazon and it came the next day !!!! I think Amazon all the way for me from now on.

Hi, after reading all these comments it finally makes sense! I have also been fooled and wasted my money on this scam. I purchased a twin pack of ps4 motion controllers for 65 quid and was told delivery will be between 11-16th December.. then got an email saying delivery will be delayed by 72 hrs and it will definitely be December 22nd.. it didn't turn up so I rang on the 23rd and yes, automatic service with no option to speak to anybody and it said delivery will be the 24th.. I wasn't at work so I had to leave it.. I heard nothing over Xmas and now I have had an email basically telling me I need to contact my bank for a refund. No explanation nothing! So I will be contacting them for a refund. So livid!!
