To throw out three big bags of Mediterranean veg

I ordered an Asda delivery and ordered three bags of stir fry veg with was annoyingly substituted for Mediterranean veg. They're three big bags of frozen Mediterranean veg. A 'mix of slices aubergine, peppers, courgette, onion and cherry tomatoes in a light oil'.

I hate Mediterranean veg. I love peppers on a pizza and onions so I might pick those out and use them but the courgette, aubergine and cherry tomatoes are a big no and that's why makes up the majority of it.

I hate wasting food and I'm poor so it's money down the drain but would I be unreasonable on this occasions to chuck them? Can't give them to a food bank as they're frozen not tinned.

Honestly. I'd use what I want and chuck the rest. I don't set out to waste food but wouldn't try very hard to eat food I don't like- I wouldn't try at all tbh.

Freecycle them! Come on op, don't throw good food away.

Delia Smiths vegetarian lasagne. It's to die for.

Yello you can't be serious, that's a terrible substitution!

Tahini is blended sesame seeds. What use is a bag of peanuts!

vagina

Make peanut butter? Just eat them? Try a recipe for tahini with peanuts instead of sesame seeds? Could be quite delicious:)!
