I went to the doctors today and my daughter was referred to the local a and e for follow up tests. As I knew we would be there for several hours I bought a chicken salad baguette from the local sandwich shop for us to share. As it turns out we didn't eat the sandwich but called into McDonald's on the way home before collecting my son and his friend after school. The friend didn't like his burger so my husband ate it. As we had eaten I grilled some bacon, washed lettuce etc to make BLTs for everyone for supper. I remembered about the chicken baguette in the fridge and decided to eat half of it. My daughter wanted the other half so I put it onto her plate. My husband insists I was unreasonable as I didn't share it with him or offer to cut it into quarters. So lovely ladies of mumsnet am I being unreasonable or is he ???

I agree "Time for a brew". It's beyond juvenile which is why I asked .

Yes to the friends reference. Must look out the dvd and put it on tonight
