To make my DH write all the Xmas cards this year *lighthearted*

Every year for 8 years I have brought, wrapped and prettified all xmas presents.

I have also written all xmas cards (80-100 cards per year) for 8 years.

Would it be amazingly unreasonable of me to make him write them all this year and the bloody envelopes MWAH HA HA HA HA!

His handwriting is outrageously poor and I doubt the poor postman would be able to read them and therefore deliver them, also if they did get anywhere/the right place I doubt anyone would know who they were from Grin

My husband told me not to get any cards this year as he was sorting them for both sides of the family.

He came home with these Confused

To be fair I thought they were hilarious but I've had to buy some extra nice ones for the more conservative people in my family.

I don't really bother with cards. Wored has ended. I still have friends and family.

World.

He made them himself from vistaprint. So funny!

Me and dh always sit down together with mulled wine. Mince pies and Christmas music then he writes his and I do mine

I print out address labels for the envelopes and only hand write the messages- much easier! I also only send to my friends and family. In theory dh sends his own but he never gets round to it.

I was horrified in the office when the manager said she 'has' to write the cards for her dh family. I suggested he could write them himself; she shrugged and said 'he wouldn't do them'. In which case, if he can't be bothered for his own family, why should she??

I do my mum, and about 10 friends.

Dp does his family and his friends.

DH always writes ours. I do everything else! We both have terrible handwriting Grin

80-100 cards every year? I send 20 and that includes family cards Grin

We send to about 6 relatives who live far away and who send to us. I hate writing cards. The kids do their own as well. I give them enough cards to send to a full class and let them get on with it.

When they were unable to write very legibly I addressed the envelopes for the teachers sake then let them scrawl in the cards. They do it all themselves now.
