To never wear makeup?
Let me start by saying this is not a judgemental post at all, and I would never judge people based on their decision.
But I've never been a makeup person- nail extensions yes, I loved them, bleaching my hair blonde, loved it at the time. Jewellery, won't be without it.? But makeup, not me at all.
Someone I knew through studying tried to get me into it. But no one in my family was into makeup at all. And my dh would never stop me either way.
If I wanted to wear makeup he would say fine. At the same time he says I don't need makeup. He doesn't think I need it, but at the same time, he doesn't think I need it.
AIBU? The person thinks so.
I didn't even wear a scrap of makeup on my wedding day. They could not believe it.
Thoughts?

Not at all.

Did your DH wear make up on his wedding day?

The absolute only time i wear it is the once, maybe twice a year i update my profile picture on social media. And that's just foundation and a bit of mascara, because i have blotchy skin and small eyes.
Rest of the time absolutely never, i hate the feel of it on my skin, it gives me spots, and i feel MORE self conscious, and i absent mindedly rub an eye or wipe my mouth, it would be all over smudged!

Nope, never. Can't be bothered. Lots have people - always women actually - have said "oh you should wear make up". I think if I am clean with nice hair and clothes, why should I have to conform to the stereotype that I wear makeup just because I am a woman?
