Married 15 years, 2 DC 19 and 4. I have serious medical conditions which mean I have gained 7 stone in 6months. DH hasn't touched me and told me that he finds me unattractive.

I am taking diet tablets but they don't work and awaiting surgery on my back.

AIBU to leave him? He married me for me and wont have sex with me until I lose weight which could be ages.

So fed up.

Yabu to break up the family unit: if you are as incapacitated as you say, he is making life possible for you and the kids at the weekend at least.

Yanbu to feel angry: life has thrown you a curved ball, and your dh is not playing the hero role. He's a dick for not saying you're sexy and he loves you.

Yabu to think everything is broken: this is a set-back, but you sound like you can finish the race. Dig deep. Avoid excusing weakness.
