I remember the toilet attendant incident too, and whenever I see Cheryl pretending to be nice, it reminds me that she's not at all nice. Yes, she was young, but we've all been young and most of us didn't smash someone's face in for no reason when we were young. The pictures of the poor girl's face after Cheryl had beaten her up were horrifying. And all because "celeb" Chezza didn't want to pay for a lollypop.

They also believe, a couple of these friends, that she dated Ashley Cole to prove she "wasn't racist".

PaulDacres no I don't have an unhealthy fascination with Chezza's life, in fact she comes across as an ok female celebrity, who hopefully but doubtfully has learned from her mistakes. I think if she hadn't been as pretty as she was (not not guilty just stating facts) and also married Ashley Cole etc I don't think her star would have shone as brightly hence the attack nor been employed by Simon Cowell because he seems to like strong, feisty, attractive women... Superfly - you're judging someone you don't know on something they did 13 years ago. I'm also fairly sure she isn't going to be bothered about what one random person on the internet thinks about her lack of 'contrition'. I suppose you could argue that accepting your punishment and serving it without complaint is contrition, is it not?

She didn't get off the racist charge on a technicality. It wasn't a legal argument before a judge. A jury found her not guilty on the facts. Or do you think she had the jury tampered with?
