To be worried I might be pregnant because I have pelvic pain?

3dc already, have suffered with PGP/SPD with all three pregnancies.
The last 2 weeks I have been nauseous on and off but there have been quite a few tummy bugs going around the dc's school and nursery so I thought nothing of it.
Today my pelvis has been painful exactly like when I was pregnant. I haven't had this pain with anything else, is there anything else which causes PGP?
DH has had a vasectomy and 2 clear samples, but I can't help but worry. We really couldn't cope with another DC 😞.

That sounds reassuring 3.

How are you doing, 3boys?

3boys3dogshelp · 28/11/2016 21:04

I'm ok, thanks for asking. I feel a lot happier now than I did.
Still have quite a few pregnancy symptoms - nausea if I'm hungry, on/off SPD type pain and sore boobs. I keep thinking I'm imagining it but I am noticing my boobs are sore even when I'm doing other things and should be distracted iyswim. Trying to hold off peeing on a stick again for at least a few days but if I keep feeling like this I know I need to double check. Not so easy to sneak pregnancy tests into the trolley now my older boys can read!!!

period due? It's very common for PGP to flare up then.

My eldest is 11 and my youngest is 8. I had SPD with both pregnancies and I still pelvic pain in the run up to my period. It's been so long that I'm anticipating intermittent pain until I'm out the other side of the menopause. I've also had bouts of feeling pukey and sore-boobed.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

I'm really hoping it's just some hormonal weirdness.
It's great to hear other people who are not pregnant still get PGP pain. It seems odd that I can't remember having it before and youngest is 3 now.
Thanks for the support, it's really helped. I'll keep you updated.

How old are you 3boys? I get raging insomnia when I'm premenstrual now I'm in my 40s and perimenopausal. Is it possible that peri hormonal chaos could aggravate your pelvis (and maybe make your boobs hurt)?

3boys3dogshelp · 28/11/2016 23:54

I'm 35 so possibly a bit young. That would make more sense than a mystery baby though.
