Most people seem not to like the idea people older than them have sex. I think it's a natural reaction. Most teenagers think their parents are ancient and the thought of them "doing it" is a dreadful idea.

DH talks to her online, and I clicked her name and she has changed her usual profile to an "advert" for couples to join her and new partner. DH saw it aswell. I don't have a real problem wih it, but OMG it is quite gobsmacking! Was not lurking on a swinger website!

Yes, Xenia, it is quite like that. You know it goes on, but, you just like to be naive and think elders sleep in seperate beds like early movies!

I met some lovely swingers once must have been around the same age.. can't see the problem with it but your poor DH seeing it.

I would find it hard to take if it were my own parents, but I think the grown up part of me (a very small part it must be said) would think I had no right to be shocked.

Lizs, please explain. We have pampas grass in our garden and I've never thought of it as anything but a rather prickly trap for footballs. Am I missing something?

oops Issymum yes apparently it is a sign to display some in the front garden (there was a Comic Strip film which had it and I had heard anecdotally previously). Will you be out there this afternoon tearing it up , lol !
