Today my son has: Ripped a massive sheet off newly wallpapered wall....
and...
pulled down the fourth curtain pole in six weeks - he pulled down this one on saturday.

I have run out of options and am unwilling to smack.

Nothing works. He has no SN, he's just a bhappy, gregarious but bold child. He is trashing my house.

Collective wisdom please?

Youre all right about indoor toys. While we have plenty, the little terror just wants to crash and bang all over the place.

I think it's perfectly reasonable to cancel swimming but I would relate it to his actions. So tell him you have used the swimming money to pay t fix the curtain pole.
Threatening to break one of his things isn't great imo (though I appreciate that you're at the end of your tether). You want to be teaching him that breaking things on purpose is wrong.

I've told him if he destroys anything of mine again ie anything belonging to the house, ill break and bin one of his toys. That does seem to have sunk in. (In reality i'd only bag up something old for charity

That's disgusting. Sorry but it is.

What a lesson you're teaching. Fucking hell hes 3.
