Conflicting reports from estate agents. ..

I know someone who was trying to sell in Greenwich, no real interest after 3 months, so decided to withdraw from market and rent it out for a while.

It went on the market before Brexit but close enough to referendum that it might have played a part.

W11 postcode here, market has quelled somewhat, says EA.
Fortunately purchased ten years previous, will easily cover initial outlay.
Looking for a more rural location.

We moved from London 9 years ago and I still follow the market.
