to think having these sort of feet is unacceptable

Basically this is representative of my foot.. what can I do to fix it, I've tried every cream under the sun :/

Flexitol cream is brilliant. It contains urea which "eats" the dead skin. I soak my feet in hot soapy water, scrape the dead skin off with a Pedi egg, rub Flexitol over them, then go to bed as the Flexitol is very sticky. You wouldn't want to put it on in at the start of the day.
