If you are having music, musical statues is always a good one. Winner gets a packet of sweets. Easy to arrange, get three or four packets of sweets have them on stand by 'just in case'

Having been to 10's of birthday parties this year (twins in separate classes) and none have had games unless the entertainer ran them.
You dont really need games if you have 1 HR or a magician, balloon modelling and food. Maybe just stick some music on and have a dance competition or musical bumps if you must.
