Sentence:

He is also banned from working with children and was ordered to sign the sexual offenders register.

Your childrens schoolfriends will know, and they will tell them. How will you deal with that? How will you deal with children being banned from playing with your kids, or visiting your home?

Well you cannot stop them procreating, but you can closely monitor his whereabouts, and take any children he does have off him.

If paedophiles could legally have their balls cut off sans anaesthetic and aftercare I would sob with joy. Yes, even the poor babies who were "in a dark place, whawhawha."

Peadolphilia is a mental illness which cannot be cured, I actually think they should me locked up in specialist MH hospitals, where they cannot harm others. So yes I agree with OP that they shouldn't have children but how do you enforce it?
