To make an offer on a house with a LOUD neighbouring yappy dog

We're house hunting at the moment and saw a house yesterday that ticks most of the boxes. However...we were in the kitchen with the door open, then in the garden for ten minutes or so. A yapping dog in a neighbour's garden barked continuously and loudly for the whole time.

So, would you still make an offer on the house, hoping that it was a one-off, or would this put you off?

Another no. When neighbours had a yappy dog it did really effect our quality of life.

Oh dear god no! We live below a howler and it can be torture Angry the dog is left for long periods and will howl all day. We have told our neighbours and although we get on with them generally they don't stop the dog howling. We have also contacted the council, not a lot of joy there either. If you hear this on viewings run like the wind would be my advice.
