PrettyBlueDressForTheXmasBall · 16/09/2016 16:49

Spam. It pisses me off when companies post spam. It just means I won't buy from them surely they realise that people will just be pissed of with the stupid intrusion.

AverageGayLadAtChristmas · 16/09/2016 16:59

And not everyone here is a woman Grin

PortiaCastis · 16/09/2016 17:03

Yeah thats right.
Still I have good news, dd + bf are going to pick up my Mum from airport so I don't have to drive there. Obviously I stubbed my toe and laid it on thick how much it hurts and I cannot possibly go. It cost me fuel money but how nice of dd to help her poor laid up dm in a time of absolute crisis Grin

PortiaCastis · 16/09/2016 17:06

Thats right AGL

Are you all set to move ?

VanillaSugarandChristmasSpice · 16/09/2016 17:08

Can she drive up from Cornwall through the night, pick up my DD at 6am, drive her to London and unload all DD's uni stuff at 8am, then drive back home? I'll give her a tenner!

OP posts:
AverageGayLadAtChristmas · 16/09/2016 17:11

Moving in approx seven days :)

PortiaCastis · 16/09/2016 17:12

I'll plead your case Vanilla . Although I feel a tenner will not be adequate but may be able to seal the deal at £25

VanillaSugarandChristmasSpice · 16/09/2016 17:13

VanillaSugarandChristmasSpice · 16/09/2016 17:18

PortiaTeen will move your stuff for £30, AGL. No need to thank me, Portia HTH.

OP posts:
PortiaCastis · 16/09/2016 17:25

GrinGrin
Tis to be remembered that PortiaTeen will be going to uni herself next year hopefully, so she will expect return favours.
I don't want that day to come but I suppose Aidey Baby and I will no longer have to be discrete in our activities

VanillaSugarandChristmasSpice · 16/09/2016 17:30

But we're paying her a fair rate (yes, don't thank me for my generosity Halo) and we're giving her excellent work experience for her CV. And then she can get her van license and ferry your guests from one holiday rental to the other.

See, a bit of careers advice and sales promotion all thrown in for free.
