To change baby's food because the smell turns my stomach?

Changed my formula-fed baby's food this week on advice from the HV (DC was originally on hypoallergenic milk but doesn't need it any more). I chose Hipp as it comes highly recommended and it does seem to suit DC very well indeed.

However, the smell of it absolutely turns my stomach. It's okay on the way in, but in whatever format it comes back out it's just horrific.

So, WIBU to change a milk that so clearly suits my DC for my own selfish reason?

I used to like the smell of my DD's poo pre weaning, it smelt like porridge. I breastfeed though which I think makes a difference. Post weaning is a different ball game. A particularly 'hot' smelling one (only way I can describe it) actually made me sick once Blush

The "hot" ones!

And I'll never look at a raisin in the same way Confused
