That I'm not sorry my DH keeps accidently throwing things into the toilet?!

So my DH just came back out of the bathroom having set the shower running, to 'have a word'. Apparently sometimes I leave the lid up on the toilet, so when he walks in and chucks his pyjama shorts into the bathroom in the split second before turning on the light, occasionally they go straight down the open loo cue a stifled snigger
Surely he is BU throwing things towards the loo without checking the lid is down?! Should I LTB?

Totally derailing the thread but what is you view of leaving shit stains on the bowl. Not just a smear like properly a huge streak and some floating.

Doesn't he tidy after himself? If not then have a word. But lid down is reasonable in my view, I expect lid down.

Well it only happened once. A guy I was newly dating and I lifted the lid and thought oh great god at the state.

Then he peed in it with the door open while talking to me in the kitchen across the hall and I thought right...maybe a lot more open than me.

I don't actually keep my toothbrush in the bathroom, so no worries about poo particles on it
