I think garage man might come to us. He has borrowed best mates car to get to work as he does nights.

Definitely A and E in an hour, cc - if you can't persuade him to go sooner. They will definitely want to check him over to make sure his blood oxygen levels are ok. He absorbed enough CO to have nasty symptoms and it may well still be in his system, doing damage.
