I think Squares hurt more - that's how I judge a great S&V crisp.

Onion square crisps were the best..... The nearest I can get to the taste is to eat a cheese and onion square and a salt and vinegar square at the same time!

I love the tongue burn from s&v discos. You need a grab bag at least for best effect.
The tongue burn from frazzles just hurts. Gutted they destroyed frazzles :(

Has anyone had the next day tongue peeling affects after a full bag of discos ? Urghhhhh it's gross. I get this after iv ate to many. It burns my tongue and makes it shed a layer of skin. It's rank. I hAve to scrub my tongue when I clean my teeth

Yes, I find it affects the taste of things for several days after. The worst culprit is salt and vinegar McCoys, the daddy of strong crisps.

I'm also having a thing for tongue sting. I'm finding salt.and vinegar Pringles and McCoys pretty good

I craved salt & vinegar crisps when I was having DS. Discos, chopsticks, McCoys mainly. Wonder why it's a popular craving?

Now I'm going to have to buy some Disco salt n vinegar because I seriously do not remember them being that tangy. Monster Munch pickled onion are good too. I don't have any crisps in the house of any flavour and am craving them so much thanks to this thread.

I got the most amazing tongue burn from eating aldi stackers/pringle type crisps in salt & vinegar. Did eat most of the tub though and I wasn't even pregnant

So are you washing down the salt n vinegar discos with the 3 bottles of wine you consume in an average weekend (previous post) or was that referring to your pre pregnant self?

Didn't even know these still existed! Will have to get hunting for them. Co-op' seasalt and white wine vinegar crisps the most vinegary we have found

Oh yes, also pregnant and salt and vinegar crisps are my go to anyway, but discos are incredible! And Frazzles. Proper ones, not rip off own brand versions.

Mentioning discontinued things - does anyone else remember Pringles rice infusions? The salt and vinegar ones of those were so strong they literally made the inside of my mouth peel off but they were so addictive! Think they were circa 2007/2008.
