WIBU to leave DH without a clean shirt?

I do all the laundry, sorting, washing, folding, putting away. All I ask DH is for his dirty clothes to be in the washing basket. So, I am about to start a wash, I know most of DH's shirts are dirty and on the floor next to our bed. I do a wash every other day so it means he didn't put anything in the basket for a week or so... WIBU to NOT pick-up his shirts myself and leave him without a clean one for tomorrow?
TBH he still has 1-2 left but don't like them too much.
If it matters, household chores are evenly split between us, he works FT, I work 4 days a week and look after our 2 yo DT the other day.

I must be soft as if I'm putting a load into the washing machine and it isn't completely full I go looking for stuff to make it a full load, and then I'll pick up stuff from the floor in anyone's room including my dh's stuff.

My DH doesn't always put his dirty clothes in the basket but I don't do it for him either... I simply say "Are all the clothes you want washed in the basket?". I only need to do a load of clothes on the weekend (just us two) so it's not a huge deal. As you do a load every other day, he really should be better about putting his clothes in the basket at some point this week!
