To not want kids to pack my shopping

Banana99 · 20/08/2016 11:47

Just did a flying visit to the supermarket with a very grumpy child and a broken shopping bag.
I didn't want anymore bags for life as I have a few 1.2 million

Kids ask if they can pack my bag, I say no, I have one bag and I want to get everything in - THE FACES! And then their coach or whoever comes over is also giving me looks!

I have a £20 note in my purse, nothing else, just used all my change to pay for tea whilst child was at lesson

It's the pulling of faces! Isn't it a choice. I have used them in the past, used a billion plastic bags.....

They get sponsored.

Fair point about graffiti removal. But there is so much that needs doing, useles makework like bag packing is ridiculous.

People hate to sponsor even more than they hate having their bags packed. You can't win really.

Thinking about it, I've done bag packing with Brownies at Asda, Sainsburys and M&S. M&S customers were by far the most aloof and the tightest.

YANBU. I like things packing a certain way, I do not want bread under my tins! They also use more bags than needed. I do put some change in the bucket though as I feel a bit mean not too soft

We don't get people bagging for charity over here. MaitlandGirl: are you on the YP in Sa?
