To ask you about your periods

I've spent years as a Slave to my menstrual cycle. Feeling shit and not knowing why until D-day and then if dawning on me. So, I've been keeping a diary...and there's a fool proof pattern! I'm so excited by this.

7 days before - massive blind red spot on the right side of my mouth. Some smaller random ones around the chin. Skin on nose goes dry and flakey.

6 days before - giant disgusting spot gets a head. Sometimes two

This only started happening in my early 40's so those of you who have nothing you may have it to come yet!

5 days before - must carry breasts to bed after removing bra as they are agony, lasts for 3 days

2 days before - nit pick everything dh does and cause an argument over nothing

Couple of hours before - need to get to loo very quickly

Just before - feels like the lining of my uterus is being painfully peeled away.

I nest like crazy the day before I come on. I do get irritable, but I find I have a super cycle if you like, where every three months I get a bad one-period from hell, PMT is worse, back aches is excruciating, breasts are so sore and then for the next couple of months I have all of those symptoms but more mildly.
