To think that 9 isn't too old to be playing with dolls?

I'd absolutely love to know if I'm being unreasonable. My daughter is 9, she likes her dolls still, it's not an issue. However, DM thinks I should slowly discourage her from playing with them. What do you think? I think 9 is still young, she has no interest in electronics, just her dolls, which I'd much rather!

My dd is 9 in August and she still plays with dolls.... She is in fact doll crazy! She had loads of dolls all with special planned out names and dates of birth, she loves watching these stupid American clips on YouTube where these adults film there selves looking after dolls etc!

She has asked for one of the reborn dolls for her birthday

I don't think she is to young

Oh those reborns creep me out my friend collects them everytime she puts a new picture on fb i shudder
