Hi ladies it's my due date!

Had a sweep 10am.. Midwife said my cervix is central and soft, 50 effacement and 1-2cm dilated..

I had a few pain after but nothing much since about 2pm, only BH... I have been having some clear mucus with browny string bits when I wipe TMI I know!

Bouncing on my ball as I type, do you think labour is far off?? I feel so deflated!

I was exactly the same a nearly a year ago! It was a Monday and she was born the Sunday but everyone is different

Hi ladies!

Woke up at 6am and dragged OH out for a walk.. Started having what I think were contractions (period pain building into a pain in my back which spreads across my tummy and my tummy becoming rock hard!) 08:00 every 5 mins lasting 1 min.. But they stopped at 9:30 😭

Went back for a snooze then out for another walk... Getting slight contractions again now, hopefully they'll get stronger!

Frustrating isn't it. I remember being desperate to just get on with it and it was stop, start for ages.

I went 12 days over with DS2, bought myself a disgusting madras curry, ate it whilst gyrating on the gym ball in utter despair that I'd be pregnant forever and lo, 4am arrived and DS2 decided he'd had enough indoors. Curry and bouncing on the ball is the way forward!

Well all i can say is i was late ten days and then after a sweep i went that night i hope its over for you soon

Whatever happens OP, baby will definitely come out at some stage
