Aibu to make up symptoms to obtain medication

Hopefully this isn't as bad as it sounds!

I am taking antibiotics for an infection, it's is an antibiotic I've had a fair few times before, usually at a lower dose. My issue is that every single time I've taken it in the past I've ended up with thrush that's needed medication to clear it up. I'm only a couple of days into the antibiotics and about to go away at the end of the week. Would I be unreasonable to tell the pharmacist I have symptoms of thrush now so that I can purchase some Canesten over the counter?

I get it in my Ocado delivery.
I prefer to have some in stock as you can be sure that I'll get thrush at an inconvenient time.

Regarding live yogurt, I read you should put it inside yourself. And, ok, I'm not the most practical person. My DH came into our bedroom and found me on my shoulders on the bed, legs up the wall, trying to spoon it down into my vagina. He kept going off into snorty giggles for days...

Just repeating what pps have stated you can buy without a script. I tend to ask for oral thrush medication now when I get a script for antibiotics because I get thrush with all antibiotic courses now. My GP is more than willing to give it to me.

Emenem if I suspect I'm going to be taking antibiotics after a gp visit I take prebiotics. A big loading dose and then 3 times a day before taking the medication.
I use the chewable ones not liquid shots.
Since starting this I've never had thrush taking antibiotics.
