To be annoyed my husband invited me out for lunch...after stating there's no one in the office tomorrow

His team are all out tomorrow so he will be 'alone' (alone in his immediate work area, there are other people in the office but not people he knows well).

I feel like he's only asked because I'm a better option than eating alone at his desk, he doesn't invite me out for lunch when his team members are there.

Is he paying? If so, no further thought is needed.

"Are you a SAHM? I would suggest a hobby."

He has no one checking how long he has taken, or if he has had a couple of drinks with his lunch
I always have nice lunches on the days I'm home alone in the office. The lack of guilt about being out longer makes the food taste so much nicer
