AIBU?

This year has brought the amazing combustible fridge freezer. That theyrequested I keep in situ for over two weeks until and engineer could look at it. Even though smoke was coming out of it after it went bang.

They couldn't do sooner as they were very busy with their flammable tumblr dryers.

They were fucked off that I refused to comply and had to buy a new one.

Then I got a letter in regards to my 6 month old tumble dryer saying that wanted me dead too.

Called them. Gave them model number. They congratulated me on owning a non murderous tumble dryer.

This week. Whoops sorry we were wrong about that model number. You're tumble dryer is a hateful flammable bastard just like your fridge was.

Don't worry though we'll send an engineer out to you asap to stop it wanting to kill you. The engineer will be with you in at least months.

AIBU? Hotpoint actually hate me don't they?

Update: got them on Facebook, pointed put they are bastards who want me dead. They took my details disappeared for a bit. I assume this allowed them time to discover that their last attempt at Flambé a la Honeydragon was last Christmas. Now, as if by magic they can modify my Dryer in 3 weeks time?!

A) I feel bad for others being pissed about now
B) how? When they said that absolutely every slot is booked for the next 12 months because "we take this very seriously" have they suddenly found a space?

Either that or they've realised flammable goods aren't working, and I'm still living life to the perilous possibly flammable full?

Another one suggesting that Twitter Bombing scares their PR Departments into frenetic action!!

I had the same until I raged on FB - dryer fixed in a couple of weeks.

It's wrong. It's penalising those who don't access social media.

On the phone nothing. On Facebook they suddenly care.
