.I bought a Trespass collapsible walking pole from a specialist outdoor equipment store in Madeira in January.I used it for 2 easy completely flat level Levada walks, and now it useless, a plastic nut has sheared. The pole cost £26 and I think it is not unreasonable of me to want it to last longer than 2 uses.I phoned Trespass Customer Services/contactedFacebook and their CEO and they cannot help with a replacement ' nut' as I did not buy it from a Trespass store.I would gladly pay for the part and postage or visit my local Trespass store 5 minutes walk from my home( it probably costs about 10p)Apparently my contract is with the store.I really thought they would be more helpful as a return flight to Madeira is around £400.Here is some Consumer Advice from me...do not by any Trespass products they are not fit for purpose.
