Grrrrrr

I read it on here....

Makes me feel twitchy and cross for some reason.

It just sounds so contrived, twee and 'of the moment'

Grim

I'm sure previously it was known as quality time rather than an actual phrase like.

Is 'quality time' any better? I remember when that phrase first appeared and everyone was shuddering with the cheesiness of it.

YANBU, its something fake and manipulative that should have died with the 1970's.

'Quality time'

Irks me less somehow....

Going to 'love bomb dd' etc, well, ugh, itch itch itch....

Yep, I'm another who first heard of love bombing in the narcissistic abuse context - when I first heard it as a parenting term, I was Shock

Even without the negative abuse connotation, it's a wanky term and something about it makes me uncomfortable.
