It's my cousin. She lives around half an hour from me so dont see each other all the time but chat through facebook now and then. Th reason she hasn't spoken to me/tagged me in anything/text me back has today become apparent because of me speaking to my aunt (her mum).

Are you all on the edge of your seat yet.... well apparently the reason she is pissed off with me is because I didn't like her pictures of a recent night out.

Thats it.

I hardly go on facebook, when I do it's to delete the numerous things of crap she has tagged me in, I dont post pics of ds or share my musings or let people know what I'm having for my tea. I was told that I should have liked her pictures as she's feeling down and it would have boosted her confidence.

Sorry to start this thread but I'm completely baffled that my 34 yr old cousin responsible for 2 children can get so worked up over something so ridiculous. She has today shared one of my pictures from a night out a few years ago at a family party and tagged everyone except me, even dp gets a mention. Im shocked but also I havent stopped laughing.

Do I win some kind of award for being involved in a ridiculous fall out that I wasn't even aware of?

agneta your mum sounds like she went to the same school of facebook as my mum, rather than like everything she would just simply share it, so if i liked a persons picture I once sat next to during lunch at college 20 years ago it would come up on her profile, buddah liked this picture, she would then go on and share it.

We took her i pad away from her and deleted the facebook app.

That's utterly pathetic!

I've been on the victim end of a two year village-wide feud because someone made up a story about my feeding her multi allergy daughter some cake. Have been reported to police, social services, housing association and job centre for multiple occasions of made up bullshit.

I NEVER GAVE THE DAMN CHILD ANY CAKE!!!!!!!!!

Yep, you definitely win. If you didn't give the age, I'd be wondering if it was someone I went to school with. She posts daily about her son, then goes on regular rants about friends & relatives not liking photos of and posts about her son, before declaring she won't be posting anything about him anymore and if people are bothered then they can make the effort and ask, before going back to square one again. It's truly pathetic, I've hidden her from my news feed now.

Unfortunately yes I am serious Sad

People must have such small lives to bother about (and even notice!) things like FB likes.

Laiste · 20/06/2016 09:15

My SIL only sends birthday wishes for me and DHs birthdays via FB now ... despite knowing full well neither of us are on it Hmm

Doesn't bother us too much. But I can never decide quite what this is. PA? Or just stubborn stupidity?
