to feel like what's the point?

For 15 days now I've been working out a lot, eating healthy (SW) and there is NO Change in my weight. At all.

I mean, not even 1lb loss. Not even lost any inches on my measurements.

AIBU to think what's the fucking point?

SW has never worked for me, I always gain weight on it!! I don't think it's a good diet to follow as it doesn't teach portion control! You'd be better off getting out of diet mode, keep your exercise up as that's good for you and may help your depression too and just cut out snacks and processed foods etc! Good luck X
