To ask where and how you keep bananas in your house

Because I'm sick of them just cluttering up the side in our kitchen and just, well you know, hanging about in an awkward and unsightly fashion.

In the fruit bowl with the apples, pears, Satsumas and mangoes. Berries and grapes go in the fridge.

I only buy a couple of bananas at a time and I like to take one in my rucksac sometimes, so I have a couple of these:
The bananas stay fresh much longer

In a big bowl with mangoes, passion fruit and other things that need to ripen. The ones that inevitably turn brown get frozen until I get round to making the ubiquitous banana bread and the perfectly ripened fruit gets turned into fruit salad.
