We live in the arse end of nowhere. DH has been into the city for a work event. Unfortunately it over ran. He now can't make his train connection to get home and needs collecting from the station where he normally changes to the local service.

This means I will miss The Eurovision Song Contest. AIBU if I leave him to walk home? It should only take him around 5 or 6 hours, down unlit lanes through pit black forest.

Please don't get them to postpone. I'm in Sweden. It's the religion here. I'll be lynched.

Should have thought of that before you mentioned the wolves...

Oysterbabe · 14/05/2016 20:44

Can't he just stay in a hotel?

almostthirty · 14/05/2016 20:50

Anyone see watching Germany and thinking of wolves in the forest?

PaulAnkaTheDog · 14/05/2016 20:56

With the bears?

almostthirty · 14/05/2016 21:00

Yes and possibly a sinister tweedle dum and tweedle see.

MrsNutella · 14/05/2016 21:22

Are you in Germany op?
If so, you should skip Eurovision, mainly because of the shameful entry that Germany supplied.

DH has just told me that yes we have lots of wolves nearby... Apparently they have had to issue an allowance/licence for them to be hunted because there are so many.... Oh goody. Confused

MrsNutella · 14/05/2016 21:23

Ah Sweden, I should have read to the end.... Oops
