To wonder why they don't make a spot on for children?

I'm only half joking here.

DC's class at school has an infestation, and it is likely that some parents aren't treating.

Dog gets a spot on every month, and I don't have to worry. Why can't I do the same with dd to stop her getting reinfected???

And you're sure they didn't start fetching sticks?

Hi you can get a detangle spray for kids by Vosene that has something in it to repel head lice.. it does stink a bit but my dd has never caught them

I dont know if anyone has done research into long term treatment of lice.
Frontline and spot on treatments are for fleas, different insects.

Our cat has reacted to certain flea treatments, looses fur around the area. We are currently working with our vets to see if there is something that doesn't affect him. I have visions of small tonsured heads bending over reading books if the same happened in children.

Remember physiology differs from species to species. Dog flea treatment may well kill a cat. As can those flea bombs.

I would never risk my childs health by using an animal treatment on them.
