To hate feckin chin hairs?

Wtf is happening to my chin? Every couple of weeks I seem to have a few thick black hairs growing out of it, which I pluck vigilantly. Even worse are when they're just below the surface and I can feel the bristly bastards bumping through but can't pluck them. And now it seems that they only take a week to grow back. Anyone else got this and hate it? I'm seriously considering electrolysis as they annoy me no end!!

I had a very hairy chin in my late teens and I had electrolysis which worked really well but was so painful! Now that I'm in my 40's I'm hairy again and not sure how to tackle them. When I was young they were like little pubic hairs, really thick although thankfully not black. Now I have some delightful black ones that grow under my chin- horrific. Will need to find a permanent solution though as no doubt at some point I'll be a doddery old woman unable to see well enough to pluck them or my manual dexterity will deteriorate and I don't want to be beardy.

I think it cost about £120 for six sessions. There was a really noticeable reduction very quickly. I went fortnightly for a few weeks then about monthly now as and when. I think some topping up might always be needed for really stubborn buggers. It was so worth it for me.

Yes, it does hurt a bit. Some areas more than others but over in a split second each zap.
