Most Speedo briefs are 7cm at the seams, you can get 5cm Speedos too (reckon those are what Tom has on). They're not called budgie smugglers for nothing.

TinklyLittleLaugh I agree. My DS was at college with her. Stella was, at best an average student.

When he gets out of the water, the waterlogged trunks just have to slip down a whisker for the budgie to pop out.
