I'm not sure he's had surgery. I think it's the weed and booze catching up on him. Did you see him on the documentary about Shane McGowan? He obviously sees himself as that kind of hell raiser just like Shane and Keith Richards. How can they possibly age well? Vanessa had probably had enough. Liam Gallagher will go the same bloated way.

To be fair Brad Pitt has started to look a little waxy recently too. I never get the botox/fillers obsession. I'd rather have lines on my face than look waxy. Jeff Bridges is 66 and look gorgeous (and age appropriate). Harrison Ford is 73, he looks fantastic.

Nobody's expecting him to look the same as he did 20 years ago (I acknowledged that the photo in my OP is a very old one) but even as he hit 50 he still looked good. Something very odd seems to have happened to him in the past couple of years, and it's culminated in his recent bizarre video apology.

I don't follow celeb gossip , I never got the Hollywood obsession. He was amazing in Edward Scissor hands though.
Just hope he is happy in himself ,after all that is all that matters really.
