To not want to wait until Feb 2017 to have my dangerous tumble drier repaired

Anyone else experiencing this? Hotpoint - hilarious. They've actually quoted next February for my repair. A friend of mine demanded an instant replacement under her statutory rights because they'd sold her an unfit product - and got it! Gonna try the same.

After three 'phone calls (having first been told I'm not registered at all) I'm now told my repair is booked for "earlier than August 2016".

Keep nagging!

I had one if the faulty tumble driers and they came and replaced it for free and took old one awat within a few weeks of reporting it back in November! Not sure how I got so lucky as loads of people still seem to be waiting for ages. Getting a replacement does seem the quicker route but I was never given an choice.
