Pooch was in kennels over night. We have been home since 11.45am. I am not allowed to pick him up until 5pm.

S'not fair.

Is yours a springer? SoupDogg is a cocker with that colouring :)

Yes he is a Springer. Get asked a lot if he is Welsh and he is quite large for an ESS.

He used to be looked after by someone who worked for us, but he can't do it anymore. We tend to go away in the UK so he can come with us or go abroad separately - ostenisbly because of our business but really because of the hound.

He went to home care once but chewed a foot stool. He was only a puppy, but she was very cross.

Even DH has just popped his round the door to say isn't it strange without the dog. Makes the day very long.

According to my cattery, they're bound to certain hours by trading law.
