The one with the woman dressed like the Marlboro man. This just does not sit right with me.
The small text makes it clear that it is not a smoking cessation product. I just don't think they should be advertised on TV.

Given that around 207,000 children in the UK start smoking each year I think they'll be alright for a bit. Not to mention the 10 million UK adults (1/6 of the population) who still smoke. Smoking may be declining (thanks partly to vaping) but the vaping industry still has room for massive growth without targeting non-smokers.

Quite rightly, public health keep a very close eye on smoking and vaping trends, especially in young people. They see no reason to be concerned about ecigs. (professor of health policy at Stirling) is worth a listen if you're concerned.
