WIBU to tell her to fuck off for a bit

My mother is due to visit today. She lives a few hundred miles away and has a habit of driving overnight and arriving ridiculously early like 7am so I expect the doorbell to ring any minute now.
Trouble is we are all getting over illnesses (which she knows about) and DD was awake for about 3 hours last night as she's still not 100% well.
So WIBU to text mother and ask her to go and breakfast in a local cafe and come to us no earlier than 8am or would that be mean?

Her ladyship arrived juat after 9 which is very late for her!
Sorry can't answer all your questions individually - it's just part of her narc controlling behaviour. I and DH both call her out on it every time but by the next visit she's conveniently forgotten all conversations and it seems we are back to square one.
In the past she's turned up at 7:30 when I had a small baby and got arsey when I told her where the nearest cafe was and not to come back til 9!
I agree that with any normal person I should be able to reason with her but honestly, she's not a normal person!
She's just left so back to peace and normality .... until next time!
