River Island baby clothes

I popped into River Island with my DDs today. While there I looked at the baby clothes, to me they looked so uncomfortable and inappropriate for babies.

To me this jacket is awful - www.riverisland.com/girls/mini-girls/baby-girls-coats--jackets/mini-girls-black-biker-jacket-815687. The fur was coming off in my hands so other than it looking really uncomfortable it looked unsafe too.

AIBU in thinking that the type of clothes they sell are not right for babies or am I old fashioned in my views that baby clothes should be made from natural fabrics, soft and machine washable.

Dd who is nearly three has a few T-shirts leggings and dresses from there

Some of the stuff they sell is nasty but some is nice

Just like most shops

RI over Boden.

I don't understand why people would spend £40 on something for a baby anyway. They spend 3 months being sick on it and then it's too small!

I like RI kids. DD has loads of nice jeans from there, leggings jumpers etc.
I don't mind kids in leather jackets etc
Wouldn't put my DD in heels though, but I have got her a pair of sparkly gold jelly shoes from RI before, and she loved them

And I would much rather my DD wear their ripped jeans than some shit with peppa pig/Minnie mouse plastered all over it.

Heels for children shouldn't be allowed. It's fucking ridiculous.

As for dressing small babies like a woman on a night out? I'd judge.
