I think JO is well aware of areas like your Birds - remember what he did with school dinners? That was only part of his overall approach to highlight the obesity issue (which sugar contributes to)

I think he's genuinely motivated to make change for the better. He did this on a personal scale first, now he is famous he is making bigger changes. He could just sit in a mansion and count his cash.
