So my next door neighbour is a bit of a cracker ... Victor meldrew has nothing on back door bob (his nickname from before i moved in) he' alway's caused troubled with all the neighbour's not just me .... But my problem is not the fact none of us can use the down stair's toilet or have a shower after nine o' clock at night ( both of us neighbour's on either side are't allowed to) But he has 6 cctv camera's on his property....3 on his front garden and 3 on the back ...bare in mind that the back garden's are about the size of 3 carparking space's ...and the front garden well it's even smaller ... Now the weather is starting to get better and i feel like it's going to be another year where we not really going to be able to enjoy the little space that we so have .... He hasn't even had sign's up stating he's got cctv either ... And the way there pointing they cover both mine and my neighbour's back and front garden's ...is there anything i can do that. I won't get in trouble for ....as it's got to the point Were i just want to pull them down ...

That's great news Truth I'm glad they're going to start helping you. Smile

If your worried you might forget something you want them to know I'd get a little notebook and right it all down before Thursday.

If his cctv covers your property he would need planning permission for them (which he won't get)

So also write to your local planning department.

Attack it from every angle. And don't put up with this. It's awful and a complete intrusion into your privacy.

We have cctv and have had on our last 4 homes. However we don't point the cameras into the neighbours gardens or drive ways (or windows!!).

Current house has one in our front porch (shows only porch) two covering back garden (and only ours) pointing sort of downwards so you see only our garden and house. And a final one point at our car in front garden/driveway.

We talked to the neighbours before installing and explained where they would be pointing and why we were installing (purely preventative). We also shows them after on the screen so they could see that we couldn't see them.

What your neighbour is doing is wrong on so many levels.

Have you been taking the advice given on this thread OP? Someone set it out nicely point by point so you might want to think about taking those actions.

I am going to do this properly ,i'm not going to get a local house exchange while he's still behaving like this and everyone knows he get's away with it . i'm actually dredding painting the otherside of my fence (it means being it the alley which he use like his frontdoor)
