I live in a flat and my neighbors front room is on my bedroom, the neighbor has a 3yo and its only the two of them that live there.

Every morning im woke up between 7 and 9 witg her screaming at her 3yo and i dont mean just rasing her voice i actually mean full on screaming so loud i feel like im in the room but she doesnt just shout she also uses quite a few swear words for example ill hear her shout "for fuck sake xxxx shut the fuck up" "xxxx come here now you little bitch" " just piss off and play im sick of you" thats just a few examples.

i feel so sorry for the little girl, shes a really nice kid very polite and smiley, i know that SS are already involved and that the neighbors mother who lives across the street pops in quite often but i dont know how much she is aware of or if shes aware at all

Do i mention what ive heard to the neighbors mother or do i just stay out of it?

I would report to social services. If they are already involved the information you provide might help them get a clearer picture of what that poor child's life is like. She's being emotionally /verbally abused at least.

I would report to SS. Especially if they are already aware of the family. No child should OR deserves to be spoken to like that. Poor little thing.

Report again to Social Services. They are not a punitive service and tend to try and help. The more info they have the better they can help particularly because SS involvement" can mean a huge amount of different things, on a number of different levels. So, the level/nature of involvement at present might not match their level of need if SS don't know everything that is happening. If you are unsure about contacting SS, Barnardo's have a helpline you can call, and they can pass on necessary info if needed.

That poor child, I'd log it with SS

Redroses11 · 02/03/2016 12:00

Definitely report to SS

Poor child, how sad to have your mum talk to you like that!

BrendansGotAMangina · 02/03/2016 12:18
