Just talking to dh about this. He said he can't sum his in-laws up in three words!
My parents are: cruel, toxic, damaged.
Dh's inlaws are: lying, manipulative, resentful. Apparently thou isn't enough words and he thinks this makes them sound nice!
I hope when my dcs get partners they will like us. We will do the opposite to our parents!
