Is this not incredibly sexist to say the least?

I mean I won't change my name, I certainly wouldn't give up my home to go live in 'his' home let alone become his personal cleaner, my children don't have his surname.

However who in their right mind made this and think it's normal to do all of that? have a child for him, clean's his house, bringing up his children, taking care of his parents???

And Yanbu it doesn't celebrate women.

Eh? My mother didn't get pregnant for my dad, or move into his home. Dad moved 150 miles to be with my mum. My mum thinks this is a pile of shite too.

Well I would personally disagree with that LineyReborn! Genitals don't necessarily define your gender.

I'm confused. I'm obviously not a woman, because I have to admit that not everything I do is for the benefit of DH. Just occasionally I've done something just for me.

The only thing I've done on that list is get fat. I don't think I can really blame men for that.

I nearly gave up in the labour room.
High as a kite on gas and air, I announced I had changed my mind and was going home. It took DH and a midwife to stop me from leaving.

I shall show that to DH later. I am anticipating his reaction will be one of hilarity. (Apart from anything else he moved in with me on account of the fact I had a lovely house and a mortgage and he was living in conditions not unlike The Young Ones.)
