to be annoyed with delivery drivers leaving my packages with neighbours?

I'm sick to death of delivery drivers leaving my parcels with neighbours.
Firstly, I never authorise this when ordering, secondly, it puts my neighbours through unnecessary hassle ( neighbour yesterday almost did his back in bringing me over my ikea order ) & thirdly, maybe I don't want my neighbours knowing what I've ordered from ikea!
I'm really not happy but I don't know how to stop it?

As a neighbour constantly being forced to take parcels this fucks me off. Cough up and pay for delivery on a specified date.

Even when you pay for specific delivery times - the delivery people quite happily ignore them and deliver them before the paid for time. Every time I pay for evening delivery after 6pm they deliver it at 4 to my neighbours. It's ignorant.
